Autumn Yoga for Children ＆ Crafts

In this lively 90-minute activity, children's unique and free ideas will be given full shape without being denied.

In honor of America's unique fall festival, we will be holding a kids yoga event on Oct. 9 （ Sun. ） The theme is "Imagination" ！

The craft time will be to create original Halloween art that you will want to display in your home for a long time. ！
With carefully selected materials, we are looking forward to seeing what kind of works of art, from spooky to cute, will be created.

Activity time will include yoga games to get your metabolism going.
Finally, it's time to relax.
While playing, we cultivate knowledge and discover many "unknowns ！" ！

We do not deny children's unique and free ideas, but let them take shape as they are.

Lived in USA for 16 years. Currently teaching mindfulness yoga classes in Orange County.
