Urgent] One year contract for a room near Fullerton/CSUF.

Hello ！
I am a 24 year old fourth year CSUF student who is currently searching for a room with my blood.
I will be coming back to the US on August 14 and am looking for a place to live for about 2 semesters until graduation, with a contract available for about a year.
I have no allergies and am a non-smoker.
I would appreciate it if you could contact me if you are willing to rent a room for a period of time or if you are looking for a room share.
If possible, we would appreciate it if you could attach a photo of the room and give us a rough address or the nearest bus stop to measure the transportation to CSUF.
