Privileged location, near shops, markets, freeways, airport, and much more in the heart of Orange County. 



Master - private bathroom, hard wood floors, spacious closet space, high ceilings, equipped kitchen, large balcony, in unit laundry, high speed internet, secured in a gated community, parking spaces available, and amenities such as pool and jacuzzi. 



This is a peaceful, safe, clean and quiet space and we hope that the next candidate is too! 


Ideally looking for someone who is a FT student/worker who is looking for a place long term. 


Female roomate preferred, but would be open for Male if it’s a good fit.
