FURNISHED ROOM IN A HOUSE & SHARE BATHROOM WITH 3 QUIET FEMALE IN COVINA NEAR CITRUS COLLEGE

* You will have your own bedroom. The room is furnished with a full size bed, a desk, chair. If you have your own bed and stuff, we can coordinate.
* You need to share bathroom with 2 female. They are very clean and quiet.
* The house is an older house. But it is clean and everybody in the house like to keep it clean also.


* The house 5-10 minutes away from APU (Azusa Pacific University) and Citrus College. Approx 15-20 minutes from City of Hope.
* The house is in a safe and quiet area.
* You can use the kitchen for simple and light cooking
* Minutes away from Target, Costco, super markets, convenient stores, many restaurants.
* Close to 10 freeway, 57 freeway and 210 freeway.
* You have your own A/C unit.
* Central heat.
* Wi-Fi Internet available
* Everybody share 25% of the electricity bill
* Laundry facilities available in the house.
* Dog or/and cat may be allowed. It will be case by case. Please see me a picture of your dog/cat if you have one.
