$1,500 master bedroom with private bathroom in a home in Santa Ana. - International Students are welcome.

In a two-story home, we are renting on a month-month basis the master bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom. The master bedroom is on the second floor with privacy. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and walk-in private bathroom. It also has a ceiling fan with lights. You will have access to the entire house and kitchen privileges. You will have your own fridge because the kitchen has two fridges. Washer and dryer are in the house. The house is 10 miles from UC Irvine. The house is in a gated community accessible by a remote control which I will provide. The house is safeguarded with security cameras. Parking is on the driveway of the house. The following utilities are included: Internet, Gas, and Water. Electricity is not included but shared. $500 security deposit is required. You will be sharing the house with only one person. I am a male, working professional with an established career. I am looking for a quiet roommate, clean and organized. No pets, No smoking inside the house, No parties and No overnight guests.
