Master bedroom with parking near OCC Utilities included

We are looking for tenants for a townhouse just 5 minutes drive or 10 minutes bus ride from OCC and minutes to 405 fairview for easy drive to work and school.

The room is a master bed with private toilet and shower. Kitchen, washer and dryer are at your disposal. There are two swimming pools in the townhouse for your use.

Parking is included.

We are three working women. We have a French bulldog and her son, so please be a dog and animal lover. Our dog is a picky eater and is not good with other animals, so please do not bring any animals.

Basically, this room is for one person. Friends are not allowed to stay in the room.
