This program is designed to dramatically improve running speed with specialized Training. It is designed for all sports that require speed, such as soccer, track and field, baseball, basketball, etc., to further improve athletic performance. Japanese trainers with a wealth of experience provide precise instruction tailored to each individual's needs in pursuit of reliable results.

Instruction is provided by athlete development trainer Yuto. After playing professional soccer in Southeast Asia, he worked as a soccer coach and trainer at the Peruna Soccer Club in Komono-cho, Mie Prefecture. He has supported more than 100 athletes in the last three years, and his "teaching method that sincerely deals with each individual" is highly appreciated by athletes and their parents. This time, a small-group training with a limited number of 5 participants will be used to ensure individualized attention and more effective results ！
