Parking is available on site or on the street.

We prefer a woman who is willing to keep the room clean and use it, as well as share the bathroom.
The owners will be a Japanese-American couple in their 20s-30s. We are looking for a clean and quiet student to someone of about the same age.
We have a large dog, so dog lovers are welcome No Guest No Pet.
