We start with a foot bath in a hot bath with aroma essence to improve blood flow, warming the body from the feet up and relaxing the body, creating a condition that facilitates lymph flow. Moving to the massage table, the massage begins with foot pressure point massage while using massage oil, followed by a full body lymphatic massage.

The difference from a store massage is that we customize it to each person's body condition.
We will first have a consultation and touch the soles of your feet to understand your physical condition and areas that are particularly tired.
Muscle tension and stiffness, as well as adhesions between muscles and bones, are slowly and carefully peeled away, loosened, and dissolved.
