責任感があり、礼儀正しく、清潔で、犯罪歴がなく、収入があり、クレジットスコアが良い人を探しています。クレジットスコアがなくても収入証明などで入居相談可能です。

オーナーの知り合いで、彼女の代わりに掲載しています。これまで何人かの日本人が入居したことがあり、日本人に対して好意的な住人です。

Two easy going roommates seek one more of the same in this three bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, two-story townhome (all bedrooms are upstairs) close to riverbed trails (walking distance away), the ocean (two miles), downtown HB (four miles) and Orange Coast College (OCC). No pets please.

The room is $925 + 25 flat rate for utilities. So $950 + $950 deposit = $1900 moves you in. Includes high-speed internet (a must!).

One male, one female currently live here. Male is a surfer; works for Google. I'm an independent contractor sometimes working in the field with clients, sometimes working from home. Of course included is kitchen, laundry and living room privileges. There is a community pool walking distance. We are looking for an individual that's responsible, respectful, clean, no criminal record, has income and good credit score.

*Room for rent has laminate floors. Dimensions are 9' x 9'. Entire first floor is all tile floors.
