現在のハウスメイトと私は、20代半ばから30代半ばの、礼儀正しく、責任感があり、オープンマインドな女性のルームメイトを1人探しています。二人ともおとなしく、自分のことは自分でするタイプです。共用部分（キッチン、リビング、廊下）の掃除は週1回、分担して行います。

アパートについて少し：
- リビング・ダイニングにシーリングファンが1つ。
- リビングルームは採光があまりありません。
- キッチンのキャビネットと冷蔵庫は家賃に応じて分割されます。
- 廊下には指定された共有スペースがあります。
- 駐車場は1台分あります。路上駐車も可能ですが、先着順です。

ペット不可。カップル不可。お子様はご遠慮ください。ユニット内での喫煙、ドラッグは禁止です。パーティーは禁止です。在宅勤務OK。来客は時々。リビングとダイニングの家具はすでにあります。調理器具・食器は必要です。ベッドルームは家具なしです。

Hi! I have a private room with a private bathroom available for rent starting August 1, 2024. The place is located in the Traffic Circle Area in Long Beach. The lease ends on July 31, 2025, and you must be able to commit for a year. No subletting or breaking the lease is allowed.

Bedroom (with large closet, private bathroom): $920 (not including utilities)
• Security deposit is $717. Renter Insurance is separate.
• Property management will ask for a credit and background check.
• Credit must be 650 and above. No Co-signer.
My current housemate and I are looking for one (1) female roommate who is respectful, responsible, open-minded, and in her mid-20s to mid-30s. We're both pretty quiet and keep to ourselves. We will divide the cleaning duties weekly for the common areas (kitchen, living room, and hallway).
The unit is upstairs and features an elevator, entrance security doors, on-site laundry, and a community pool. It is surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores, and two nearby gyms, with a Starbucks across the street. There are several bus stops outside the complex.
A few things about the apartment:
• No AC / Heating central in the apartment, one ceiling fan in the living/dining room.
• The living room does not have a lot of natural lighting.
• The kitchen cabinets and fridge space are split according to rent cost.
• You have designated and shared space in the hallway to store stuff.
• We will share one designated parking spot. Street parking is available, but it's first-come, first-served.
No pets are allowed in our unit. No couples. No children. No smoking or drugs of any kind in the unit. No throwing parties. Working from home is okay. Visitors are okay from time to time.
There are some living room and dining furniture already. You will need cooking/eating utensils, and the bedroom will be completely unfurnished.
