Westminster (area closer to Huntington Beach ）

[Requests]
●Every time requests
・ Room cleaning, mainly water （ 3 bed 2 bath ）
・ Dishwashing

●Occasional requests
・ Simple yard work （ Pull small weeds, collect fallen leaves, water, spray herbicide ）
・ Wipe patio chairs and tables
・ Window washing
・ Other chores may be requested upon consultation.

[Time/Frequency]
・ 1 ～ 3 hours once every 2 weeks
・ Weekdays between 9 － 4am. Friday if possible.
・ It doesn't have to be the same day and time every time if we can decide in advance.

[Cleaning supplies]
・ Vacuum cleaner, garden tools （ Broom, dustpan, etc ） , garbage bags available.
・ Other cleaning tools （ Please let us know if you can bring your own cleaning tools for water, rags, mops, etc ）. If not, we will prepare them for you.

[Hourly wage]
$ 18 ～ 20
*Varies within the above depending on whether you have cleaning experience and whether you can provide your own cleaning supplies
*Transportation expenses are not paid

[Other]
・ Payment is due after each work session. <5365> Payment is by Venmo or Zelle after each session.
・ Both husband and wife work from home, so if you need anything, we can respond immediately.
・ We are looking for a woman as we may be the only woman in the house.
