We had an unlicensed person take care of our child for a time during Corona in a room in our apartment, but we had a problem because he suddenly refused to take care of the child if he was offended by something. I don't recommend you to leave your things with someone who doesn't have a written contract. I couldn't talk to them because they got emotional. He came with a long text or something about his policies and was a pain in the ass. I was very annoyed because I had a job to do, unless the person had a solid license and could sign a contract.
Moreover, he was insane and illegal because he said he would not give me a refund even though I had turned him down from the other side. I feel it was my fault for asking such a person. I would recommend taking the time to research and find the right place.
