Rent terms are as follows.
Basic 6 month minimum contract, then month to month thereafter. （ In case of moving out, one month's notice is required. ）
For a short-term contract of less than 6 months, the rent is $1,250;
For a long-term contract of 1 year or more, the rent is $1,200.
Private bath ・ With toilet.
Kitchen and laundry available.
Utilities, Wifi, parking, etc. are extra.
Deposit $1,000. \모듈을 보려(Cleaning fee will be collected when you move out and refunded if nothing else is wrong.
