Important Traffic and Parking Updates - March-April 2025

Parking restrictions, intermittent traffic delays, and lane closures will occur on Highland Avenue between 3rd Place and 11th Street starting Wednesday, March 5, 2025, through approximately mid-April for communication conduit and fiber optic installation utility construction work.

Beginning *Wednesday, March 5, 2025*, through *April 18, 2025*, the following traffic impacts will occur on Highland Avenue between 3rd Place and 11th Street:


* Parking restrictions
* Intermittent traffic delays
* Lane closures

*Purpose:* Communication conduit and fiber installation utility construction work

*Hours of Impact:* Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Please plan your travel and parking accordingly during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as these important infrastructure improvements are completed.
