Yoga, stretching, meditation, every Sunday morning at 8 a.m., free
(The reason it's free is because we borrow the classroom from a teacher at the university ^^)
*Please take this opportunity to join us as we will start charging from next month ！
This Sunday we will try aroma yoga. We will also focus on one of the five senses, the nose. Let's combine meditation, flow yoga, and stretching to prepare your body and mind.
Please bring your own yoga mat, water, protein and notebook if needed ！
