The holiday season is upon us.

In between all the hustle and bustle, we will be holding our last kids yoga event of the year.

We hope to have a mindful time with the children with whom we have a connection.

We will look back on what kind of year we had and share what was good and what we did well, work on ourselves, and

think about what challenges we want to take on or let go of in the new year, using free imagery.

We would like to make this a special session where each child can taste "compassion" and "thank you" for themselves and feel "I will try" and "I am sure I can do it ！" in the future, while having fun and enjoying themselves.
