Bathroom is shared with the other guest room. （ We are not accepting applications yet, so you will be on your own for a while. ）

Location ： Located between freeway 22 and 405, it is very accessible.

Other spaces ： Shared restrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry, balcony and patio on the second floor.
Parking is available on site or on the street.

We prefer a woman who is willing to keep the room clean and use it, as well as share the bathroom.
Housemates will be a Japanese-American couple in their 20s-30s. We are looking for students to people of about the same age.
We have a large dog, so dog lovers are welcome.
