私はカリフォルニア大学をダンスメジャーBFAで卒業しました。大学で学んだ正しいヨガ、ストレッチ、瞑想やアファメーションにより長年の腰痛やヘルニア手術、精神不調が回復致しました。この経験を生かし、少しでもみなさまの心身のサポートになればと思います。私自身毎日の心身整理が必要です。それをぜひみなさまと共有して暖かく優しいコミュニティの場を作っていきたいです。
