This is a bright and spacious house with pool near South Coast Plaza. The room is completely private and has a view of the pool from the second floor. It is fully furnished with all the necessary furniture including a bed and study desk. You can walk to South Coast Plaza. Conveniently located near Mitsuwa, Tokyo Central, Seiwa Market, and other Japanese markets, as well as the Fairview Exit of the I-405 freeway and Orange Coast College （ OCC ）.
Bicycle commute to OCC is also possible. The bedrooms are twin size. Utilities included: internet, electricity, gas, water, etc. Kitchen, bath （ with washlet ） and laundry is shared.
Hosts are a social and busy family. Our best matches are independent adults who are as social as we are.
We can also offer assistance to newcomers in setting up their lives here.
Host mother is an English teacher and cultural trainer. The host father is an international businessman. English and Japanese are spoken intermingled in the house. It is a great environment for English beginners to learn English. English lessons can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us if necessary. ）
Short-term and long-term stays are available. Also, students from Japan are welcome. Non-smokers preferred.
Please note that the above costs do not include meals. We have a puppy （ 5 years old female ） and a cat （ 1 year old male ） but they are trained not to enter guests' rooms.

Sunny and spacious bedroom in 5BR pool/spa house. Safe, quiet residential area near South Coast Plaza, close to Japanese markets, OCC, and a short drive to UCI. Utilities and internet are included. Light use of kitchen and equipment, scheduled access to washer and dryer. Working professionals or mature students are the best match for us. Quiet time in general is 11:00-7:00, a similar work or study schedule is preferred. We can provide area tours, shopping and golf outings as well as language and culture activities. Pets do not enter guest rooms.)
