Shared penthouse home of building, two blocks from the beach in Long Beach nearer to downtown. Private Balcony, Shared bathroom, common area and kitchen. On street parking, 1 cat, 1 2nd grader and Mother currently reside here. We have had roommates in the past and enjoyed the experience very much. We are not home too much.
