暇だし体も鈍るのでゆるーくウォーキング始めようと思うのですが、ロングスパンでダイエット効果もあればいいなと思ってます。気をつけることや、アドバイスあったら教えてください！
とりあえず朝バナナを食べてコーヒーを飲んでストレッチしてから歩く予定です。時間や距離はまず決めずに歩くことが3週間くらいできたら小さな目標を立てていく予定です。

一気に始めないほうがいいそうですよ。 万歩計とかあれば必ず使って記録も取る。 マスクもそうですが目も守ってください。

私もジムに行けなくなった頃から始めましたが、意外と楽しいもんですよ。
膝サポーターを付けてやると疲れがたまりにくいです。（百均ので十分）
最初は5000歩目安が良いでしょう。

ゆるーくゆるく始めるので体に負担にすらならないと思います笑 ご心配ありがとうございます。
#5 膝サポーター初めて聞きました！怪我の時につける膝サポーターと同じ感じでしょうか？100均で買えるやつだともう少し柔らかそうなイメージですが、怪我の時につけるやつはマジックテープでガッチリサポートなのでダメですよね？歩きにくそうかな？今はマスクが堂々と付けられるので日焼け防止にもいいですね！
