The first US bank branch I went to refused to do the paperwork, another branch rejected it on treasurydirect's side because it was stamped with something like a regular rubber stamp at first, and on the third try, even though I had it properly notarized and mailed, treasurydirect The reason was that the bank could not confirm it. The reason was that they could not verify the bank.
It said to check if the bank number or account number is wrong or if the bank supports ACH, but I have checked the routing number and account number many times and they are correct, and I honestly don't think UA bank does not support ACH, and I am at a loss.
