音楽関係（特にレコーディングやオーディオエンジニアリング関係）の仕事をLos Angels付近で探しています。今年の5月にCal Poly Pomonaの音楽専攻（Music Industry option）を卒業する学生です。学校では歌や楽器のパフォーマンス、音楽理論、ミキシング、マスタリングなどのレコーディング技術、映画音楽、アメリカの音楽ビジネス（ライセンス、マネジメント、ディストリビューションなど）について学びました。卒業後もアメリカで働きたいと思っていてOPTと就労ビザをサポートしていただける会社を探しています。レジュメもあるのでもしよろしければそちらの方も送らせていただきます。音楽関係で募集してる会社があるよという情報でもいいのであればぜひ教えてください。

卒業後に就職先を探し始めるなど、無能な生涯雇われの身でしょう。

暇だし体も鈍るのでゆるーくウォーキング始めようと思うのですが、ロングスパンでダイエット効果もあればいいなと思ってます。気をつけることや、アドバイスあったら教えてください！
とりあえず朝バナナを食べてコーヒーを飲んでストレッチしてから歩く予定です。時間や距離はまず決めずに歩くことが3週間くらいできたら小さな目標を立てていく予定です。

#5 膝サポーター初めて聞きました！怪我の時につける膝サポーターと同じ感じでしょうか？100均で買えるやつだともう少し柔らかそうなイメージですが、怪我の時につけるやつはマジックテープでガッチリサポートなのでダメですよね？歩きにくそうかな？今はマスクが堂々と付けられるので日焼け防止にもいいですね！

コロナ帰国による家賃返金

現在留学中で、カリフォルニアのシェアハウスに住んでいるのですが、コロナの影響で帰国することにしました。
その旨を大家さんに伝え、数日前に払った家賃の返金を求めたところ、断られてしまい、このような異常事態であるにもかかわらず、5月までの契約なのでその分の家賃は払えと言われてしまいました。
どうしたら返金してもらえるのでしょうか。

アパートメントにてキッチンにゴキブリが頻繁に出没し、毒餌とうで駆除を試みているのですが最近たくさん卵から孵化したもようです。このような場合アパートメントのマネージャーに伝えれば駆除してくれるのでしょうか？場所はOCエリアです。

知り合いはbed bugが発生した時に、アパートのメンテナンスが日本でいうバルサンみたいなものをアパート全体に焚いてくれた(？)そうです。結局、駆除にならなかったのですぐ退去したそうですが。
ゴキ案件も一応相談してみたらどうですか？
