現在留学中で、カリフォルニアのシェアハウスに住んでいるのですが、コロナの影響で帰国することにしました。 その旨を大家さんに伝え、数日前に払った家賃の返金を求めたところ、断られてしまい、このような異常事態であるにもかかわらず、5月までの契約なのでその分の家賃は払えと言われてしまいました。 どうしたら返金してもらえるのでしょうか。 |
