We are EDO, scheduled to open in Atlanta in September 2024.

The exterior of the restaurant is reminiscent of a Japanese house, creating an exotic atmosphere, almost like a time slip back to the Edo period.
Inside, shoji screens and tatami mats give the restaurant a unique Japanese restaurant feel, and the restaurant is overflowing with a sense of luxury.

The menu will differ depending on the floor.

The first floor and mezzanine floor will be a restaurant offering sushi, robatayaki and yakitori
The second floor will be a restaurant serving Japanese beef yakiniku

We are looking for a sushi chef to be in charge of sushi and a kitchen chef to cook other dishes such as yakitori.

"EDO" is opening in Atlanta, GA. We are opening a restaurant, so if you live out of state, you will need to move.

Full-time employees will be provided with dormitory ！ and of course, delicious meals ！.

However, since we also have a sushi counter, you must be able to serve customers with a bright smile in order to satisfy them not only with the taste but also with the whole EDO restaurant.

In addition, we are planning to expand throughout the U.S. in the future, starting with the Atlanta location, so please apply if you are flexible and have ambitions as we undergo changes in preparation for the U.S. expansion.

Starting from Atlanta, in the future we will be a company that introduces the appeal of Japanese food throughout the United States.
