In my case, I only connect to a VPN when I want to watch TVer or Japanese Amapura, and disconnect it when I'm done.
The trick is to choose a VPN from the list that has a speed of 100Mbps or more, and to choose a VPN that does not have "public" at the beginning. Also, sometimes the connection is lost in the middle, so you have to reconnect to another VPN. Well, anyway, it's free, so I'm willing to overlook a few inconveniences.

I did the ZO skin therapeutic course to remove spots.
You purchase the products from the medical spa in Lake Forest below and use the products after washing your face in the morning and at night for about 3 months, I think. Usually with trees like that, you cut off the small branches in the off-season and
grow them in pots and fertilize them at first. When they get big enough, you move them to land. I think that's how it works.
I did it with grapes, and they were doing well, but the gardeners threw them away （ tears ）
