I heard that my friend's friend's boyfriend (37 years old) had general anesthesia for a tooth extraction at the dentist, and he developed epilepsy-like symptoms. The hospital called an ambulance right away, but he refused to get in, so he went home and his condition deteriorated.

The details of what happened are still being inquired by the dentist and the hospital, but my friend's boyfriend (32 years old) who had his teeth replaced with veneers about a year ago also became ill after the surgery and lost his life due to infection.

I recently signed up for Spectrum wifi, received a modem from Spectrum, and now I'm ready to use it, but I'm having a lot of trouble with video and internet because it's so slow.
The plan is the cheapest wifi only plan with a speed of 200mbps.
For those of you who use spectrum, are you able to get a crisp 200mbps? ？
As for what I use, I watch Amazon Prime and YouTube on my smart TV for about 6 hours, and
I occasionally use my computer for video calls.
I guess it depends on the apartment I live in, but please let me know if I should increase my plan to 400mbps for this or if I should buy my own modem to get a crisp 200mbps.
I am not very good with machines.

I would like to open a bank account in Japan when I visit Japan, but I have an American passport and no certificate of residence.
Please let me know if you know of any banks where foreigners can open a bank account.
